We have done so much this summer, which amazes me considering it was during my first trimester. We have spent many, many days at the pool with our friends and family. The boys have come a long way in their swimming. Each of them swims around on their own (with swimmies on of course), will jump in the water and basically have the best time ever. We have gone on field trips to the zoo, Herrs Factory, our little local airport, and the Crayola factory. We have picked strawberries and blueberries. We have visited the beach. Enjoyed the lake. Had water gun fights. Grew tomatoes and sunflowers. Learnt how to ride bikes. We've also had some pretty great playdates at our house.
I am so thankful that I get to spend my days doing all of these things and soaking up these years with my boys. I hope they do look back on these days as they get older and appreciate all we do together and the memories we have built.

Summer 2016 - Part 1
This summer has been hands down one of my favorites so far. We have done so many fun things!
We kicked off our summer a little early with a visit from Mum and Paul. They came to stay for a week at the beginning of May. Even though it was a quick visit (one week) we packed a lot into our time together. We went to Springton Manor Farm Sheep Shearing Day, celebrated David and Amber's engagement, spent a few days down in Avalon and Mum even got to join in the Mother's Day tea at Chase's school. As always it was so good spending time together and it was very hard for us all to say goodbye...particularly for the boys.
